10th anniversary of TAM 232 A 116 M buses in Bratislava

In these days we are commemorating 10^th anniversary of TAM 232 A 116 M buses in Bratislava. These Slovene buses ride almost exclusively on the lines 32 and 33 to Dlhé diely, therefore they can employ their excellent driving properties in this hilly part of Bratislava.

Curiosity of these buses is, that they were made primarilly for czech town of Teplice, but due to late delivery they bought instead of 20 buses only 10 buses. Remaining part of delivery was sold to Bratislava (buses no. 3701 - 3710). Hence they have atypical white body paintwork with yellow and blue stripes. The eleventh bus (no. 3700) has yellow-blue-purpe body paintwork and air-condition unit for bus interior, but it is unused due to expensive filling. This bus also was not intended for Bratislava.

Today, these buses are overhauled, so we will see them another few years in the streets of Bratislava.
