Tam naľavo od kabíny je motorový priestor, autobusy mávajú motor vzadu, ale tu je vpredu. U nás sa dával viac dopredu v Ikarusoch 2xx, Karosách ŠM11 a pred tým ešte úplne dopredu s chladičom na Š 706 RTO a pod. trambusy.
