Historic trams, trolleybuses and buses during Bratislava City Days (23rd – 24 Apr 2022)

As part of this year's popular Bratislava City Days, the Bratislava Transport Company is preparing a Trolleybus Day on Saturday, April 23, 2022 with a rich program for visitors in the trolleybus depot at Hroboňova street and on both weekend days of April 23 and 24 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. will also take historic trams, trolleybuses and buses to the streets of Bratislava. Rides on historic vehicles will be free of charge. The routes of historic vehicles are listed below.

During both days, the capacity of selected public transport lines will also be strengthened due to the expected higher transport demands. On routes 29 31 and 32 running to Devín Castle and the Zoo, the intervals between connections will be shortened.

  • On route 29 traffic will be provided in 10-minute intervals between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the section Malá scéna - Devín Castle.
  • Route 31 to the Zoological Garden will operate extraordinarily from 10 a.m. and together with line 39 it will provide a subsequent interval of 10 minutes in the section Zochova - Zoo - Cintorín Slávičie.
  • Route 32 to the Zoo will run every 15 minutes from 10 a.m.

Historic trams of route A will run on the circular route Jesenského - Kamenné nám. - Špitálska - Krížna - Vazovova - Blumentál - Obchodná - Kapucínska - tunnel - embankment - Mostová - Jesenského according to the schedule.

Historic trolleybuses of route H will run on the route Depot Hroboňova - Búdková - Bratislava Castle - Hodžovo nám. - Kollárovo nám. - 29. augusta - Cintorínska/Dunajská - Rajská according to the schedule.

Historic buses of route M will run on the circular route Hlavná stanica  (Railway station) - Suché mýto - Nám. SNP - Dunajská - Bus station - Košická - Apollo Bridge - Einsteinova - Viedenská cesta - Einsteinova - SNP Bridge - Zochova - Hodžovo nám. - Hlavná stanica (Railway station) according to the schedule.

On Saturday, April 23, there will also be historic buses on the route R from Rača to Rendez, which will provide transport on the First Steam Day 2022 at the Railway Museum.
